About Us

All Decked Out

All Decked Out, established over 20 years ago, has been passionately delivering the ultimate outdoor living experience to families across Fairfield, New Haven, and Hartford counties in Connecticut. Owned by Deck Master Glen Rodrigue, our company is built on a foundation of innovative ideas and a client-centered approach. From the start, we’ve focused on understanding the needs of our clients, ensuring transparency, and developing trust and strong relationships. Our dedication to quality craftsmanship has earned us the 2024 Trex Stellar Service Award, one of only eight such awards presented each year worldwide. We are also proud to have been named the July/August 2024 MoistureShield Deck Specialist of the Year. We are committed to creating outdoor living spaces that are unparalleled in design and function.

Our Team

At All Decked Out, we are fortunate to have an exceptional team that turns visionary designs into reality. Our project coordinator, Mike, is a master carpenter known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment. Jamie, our team leader, exemplifies dedication and hard work, often putting in 12-hour days, six days a week. His leadership and genuine character make him a respected figure within the team. Co-founder Christopher, though retired, remains a cherished member of the All Decked Out family. Our team’s dedication, work ethic, and camaraderie are the backbone of our success. We believe in valuing and recognizing our employees for their invaluable contributions, ensuring they feel appreciated and motivated.

Quality Materials

We utilize the highest quality wood & composite decking materials to give your new outdoor space the durability you need and a look you’ll love. All Decked Out is one of only a handful contractors in the Connecticut area to install MoistureShield® composite decking, which uses state-of-the-art CoolDeck® Technology to provide our customers a quality, long-lasting product you can enjoy with comfort in any season. Our decking options offer unparalleled beauty, hassle-free maintenance, and are fade, stain, and scratch resistant.
