I seldom write reviews however working with Glen the good communicator has been a pleasant experience. Having worked with Trex deck building for so long he seems to be an excellent problem solver and an equally good organizer. Glen’s crew is reliable, hard working and professional. Thank you Glen for a beautiful and low maintenance deck.

Glen, I can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful job. I still can’t believe this fabulous deck is mine each morning when I walk out on it. The workmanship is beyond imaginable. It is so sturdy and beautiful that I still can’t believe it is 7” smaller because it looks larger. For anyone looking to replace or build a deck I can say that Glen makes the process very easy. He is totally transparent and always letting me know what was going to happen each day. I’ve never worked with anyone to do such a big job make it look so simple. The work crew are so polite, organized and patient. Each day the clean up was spotless. I truly feel like All Decked Out is like hiring I Dream of Jeannie. A nod and a blink and the deck is there. “Wow” is all that is said by all that see our gorgeous deck!! Highly recommend Glen and his crew!!

We used All Decked Out for a large, complicated and logistically challenging deck/stairway project, and Glen and his crew were simply outstanding. Glen let us know what to expect at every step of the process, communicated promptly with updates, answered any and all of our questions, and started and completed the project when he said he would. I can’t say enough about his crew: hard-working, detail-oriented, skilled and thorough. We’re delighted with the finished product, and would recommend All Decked Out without hesitation or reservation. Glen promised an outstanding customer experience, and he and his team over-delivered.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Glen and his team are very professional and hard working. We used them to replace an old deck with new Trex decking. Glen’s communication was spot on – letting me know when they would arrive, what to expect, and he even sent me photos showing their progress throughout the day. Each night he would check in and let me know what to expect the next day. It was seamless, just like all these other reviews say!

Phenomenal company! Glen went above and beyond from start to finish, from bouncing ideas after the first visit to constantly updating us on when the installation will start, process leading up to it, every evening when the crew was done for the day, and even afterwards to make sure we were more than satisfied with our new deck! Glen and his team were like clockwork, they were never late from day 1 when we first met, huge plus in my book. He kept his line of communication open all the time for any questions or any chat for that matter, including Sunday evenings and is always willing to work with you until you are very happy with any decision! His crew was fantastic and friendly, especially around our little toddler, and they were sometimes working 10+ hours including Saturday. They were always early and accommodating to us.

Glen’s team was awesome – totally professional, kind, and they were true craftsmen. We marveled throughout the project about how quickly they moved but also the very high quality of their work. They came at a consistent time every day, they were remarkably clean, and pleasant. Once the project was done, we really did miss them being at our house! Glen also took the lead on coordinating with our selected subcontractors for electric, plumbing and the water feature which we very much appreciated. We raved about Glen and All Decked out through the course of the project and continually recommend him to everyone we talk to. If you have a deck project, look no further.
