I can only speak for my interactions with Glen, as I didn’t talk to any of the other crew- however I must say that if you are planning on building a deck these guys should be your FIRST and ONLY call. I ended up choosing another contractor, and regretted it instantly. Glen offered for me to keep in touch with him if I had any questions or issues with the other contractor I chose. I reached out to him because I was questioning some of the things my contractor was doing, and Glen offered great advice and technical explanations. He didn’t have to do any of this, and it just proves the kind of person and contractor that he is. In the future, I will not hesitate to call Glen for anything to do with decks — you shouldn’t either. It is NOT worth compromising the safety of your deck to save a few bucks, go with these guys who WILL do it right the first time and give you an excellent customer experience throughout.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Chris came out quickly to give a bid. Fair estimate, and he really knew his stuff—other contractors had said my existing deck was mahogany, but Chris said it was IPE (and was right…the benefit of someone who specializes in decking). Within 2 weeks of the initial bid, the work was completed and done very well—they even built a little bench backing for me when I had a last minute request, and the attention to detail was impressive. The crew was very polite and respectful, didn’t stop working the whole time and you could tell they took pride in their work. For instance, the employee who did pressure washing at the end was very thorough and didn’t skip spots. Overall a very positive experience. It was a small job but Chris still took it seriously and didn’t act like he was doing me a favor (as some contractors do with small jobs). And he really knew his stuff. Bonus points for the punny company name. Highly recommend for any decking project.

From the quote process to the final detailing and cleanup, Chris and his crew Glen, Mike and Jaime were consummate professionals. The final product is a truly beautiful and well built deck. The whole team were punctual, friendly, hard working and detail oriented. The work site was cleaned up each day. Communication on work schedule was excellent. A few changes were requested and the changes were quickly done and no gouging to implement the changes.
