We were looking to replace our old deck which was in a state of disrepair. We met with a few deck companies and it was clear from our first meeting with Glen Rodrigue that he was a very knowledgeable and experienced deck professional. We wanted to go with Trex for our new deck. Glen showed and explained to us the various options which helped us greatly in making our decisions. The work contract was clear and understandable in every way.
Glen and his crew began the demolition and replacement work exactly at the time he specified in the contact. The crew worked onsite every day with Glen stopping by multiple times every day. Glen contacted me every evening to bring me up to date regarding the progress that had been made that day, and the progress I could expect to see on each of the following days until the completion of the project. Glen and his All Decked Out crew never disappointed.
I’m retired which gave me an opportunity to see the work as it was being done. The crew took pains to ensure that the leveling of the supporting structure and decking was exactly correct, and this is just one of many examples of the crew’s skill and craftsmanship. The work area was clean at the end of each work day and looked great at the completion of the project. Glen and his crew treated this project as if they were doing it on their own homes.
The results were truly outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of Glen and All Decked Out. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting a high quality deck built by a company that communicates well and delivers all that was agreed upon and delivers on time.

Glen and his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! To build the expanded deck we wanted, we were required to request a coverage variance from our town. Glen was accessible and replied promptly to all our questions and requirements for drawings and documents throughout the variance request process. He also joined the variance hearing with the Zoning Board of Appeals to help state our case on why we should be granted a variance for a larger deck.
Once the variance was granted, he stayed in close contact with us around timing to start the project and communicated with us daily about the crew’s progress throughout the construction. The original estimate was 2 weeks to remove our old deck and install the new one, but Glen’s crew was able to complete the project in only 4 days, just in time for Memorial Day weekend! It wasn’t just built quickly but the work done was quality work. Glen was so focused on quality, that he personally came to inspect the Trex boards himself before installation and had a few swapped out that didn’t meet his standards.
We are so grateful to Glen and his amazing crew for giving us a beautiful outdoor space we can enjoy with our family this summer and for years to come! We would highly recommend All Decked Out!

Glen and his crew are the absolute best! We cannot express how happy we are with our new deck. From the first phone call Glen was straightforward, helpful, and incredibly responsive. We have never worked with a contractor that communicates better. From returned phone calls on New Years Eve to a nightly phone call as his crew was building our deck to let us know how things were going and to ask if we had any questions , The building process can be stressful, but this has been the exact opposite. If there were any unforeseen issues, which there always are, Glen was always calm and in control. We trusted him to get things done. Glen is incredible. His work crew is one of the most reliable, friendly and hardworking we’ve ever seen. They worked non-stop to get the job done and it is obvious they take real pride in their work. The final product is beautiful!
On top of doing exactly what he said he was going to do, he did extra things. Glen actually made our step down from the deck to the back yard extra wide to accommodate my 91 year old Mother-without me even asking. As we were planning the design he helped us get exactly what we needed and was honest and upfront through the entire process.
We have dealt with a number of contractors as we have added onto and remodeled our home and we have never worked with anyone better. We could not recommend him and All Decked Out higher. They’re the best!

We are extremely happy with our deck. Looked for many companies and none like Glen Rodrigue. He even suggested to look for other companies and to call him to make sure others were been honest. The first day we met Glen, he said that he would exceed expectations. Of course, that only made our expectations higher, but he still exceeded them! Our new (replacement) deck was built exactly on budget, and both sooner and more quickly than Glen had originally estimated. He checked in with us daily (sometimes several times a day), with status updates and next steps. The new deck looks amazing and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Glen’s crew was terrific – I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors and I don’t think I’ve ever seen 3-4 guys actually showing up before 8 AM every day, starting work immediately, and going past 6 PM, with skill, professionalism and a friendly attitude. Highly recommended.
